Northern Elite Indigenous Football Camp 2022

Bring your kid to our camp to experience two days of football fun! Northern Elite Football is hosting its third annual camp that invites youth ages 8-18 to participate in two full days of skills, drills, combine testing, 1 on 1’s, and a flag football tournament that will feature guest coaches from the NFL and CFL . This camp will be beneficial to Elite Athletes as well as beginners. Northern Elite has operated with the sole purpose of enhancing the experience of sport for the youth. This is done by mentoring on, and off the field. Building a strong foundation of confidence through sport at a young age will keep them positively engaged through the duration of their career and into life. We are more than a football program, we are planting seeds for success and enriching the lives of our future generation through the power or sport.

Parental Consent:

IN CONSIDERATION OF the Child registered, he/she being permitted to participate in Northern Elite Football Training recreational activities (the “Activities”), I, the registering parent or legal guardian of the Child, on behalf of myself, my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns, hereby:
1. Acknowledge that certain risks of injury are inherent to participation in Northern Elite Football Camps and understand that serious injury, and even death, is possible in such participation and may result from the Child’s actions, the actions or interactions of others, or a combination of both.
2. Give permission for the Child to participate in the Activities.
3. Consent to any Releasee administering, or consenting to the administration of, such emergency medical care to the Child, as such person deems appropriate in the circumstances; including transportation to a medical facility by ambulance, as deemed necessary, at my expense.
4. Understand and acknowledge that the Organizer does not carry or maintain medical or disability insurance coverage for the Child, and therefore agree to assume responsibility for insurance coverage of the Child.

I understand that by registering my child for camp that I am responsible for all charges above. If I have placed a deposit only on this registration I will insure that the balance is paid in full on or before check in of camper for their event.

I also understand that if I decide to cancel this registration for any reason I will be refunded my money minus a $25 administration fee

Please note that when a youth is registered for Northern Football camp, NEF will confirm the spot in the program only once the registration is completed in full (without missing any information) and only once full payment has been received.

Refunds on or after the Registration Deadline: No refunds will be made on any Registration fees (partial or full) on or after the league registration deadline date - no exceptions


I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE THAT I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THIS DOCUMENT.

I Give permission to have photos and videos of my child taken during the camp and used in future promotional literature and on Northern Elite Football website. The child’s name will not be used.
